Why was my order declined?

There are many reasons an order could be declined, two of which could be due to the high volumes, or the restaurant being unable to fulfill your order. We would advise you to check with the merchant on this as they would be able to advise you of the reason why. We keep a close track on any rejected orders from our partner restaurants to ensure that you get the best experience possible.
