Yes, Vouch Gold is a digital product and can only be accessed through an Application.
Is Vouch Gold valid on online ordering or takeaway? No, Vouch Gold can only be availed when you dine in at our partner restaurants.
Can the restaurant partners change after I purchase the membership? Yes, our restaurant partners may change over time. We keep adding new partners to the list, to expand the choices available to you. Sometimes existing partners may also be temporarily removed due to their business constraints or if we’re working with them to ensure a seamless experience for members.
How many complimentary dishes can I get at Food Partners? Each Gold member can get 1 free dish against their order. A Gold member can order any 2 dishes from the regular menu and the dish of the same or lesser price will be complimentary.
Can I share my complimentary drinks or dishes with my friends? Yes! There is no restriction on sharing drinks or dishes with other people at the table.
How to order Vouch Gold? You may select your package, and place your order from this page itself.
Can I use Vouch Gold on all days of the week? Yes, you can use Vouch Gold on all days* of the week (*Except on exclusion days. Please refer to our list of exclusion days).

Can I use my Gold membership in more than one device? Your Vouch Gold membership can only be used on a single device and may not be used on multiple devices with a single registered email.
Can I bring guests to the Gold dinners? Each Gold dinner is different and yes, we do provide arrangements to bring a friend or family member on the basis of their payment being made separately.
How frequently can I redeem my vouchers as they are unlimited? Your vouchers are refreshed every 7 days and can be redeemed multiple times.
Can I transfer my membership to another person? No, the Gold membership is registered to your name only and all the perks are for your use exclusively.
What is the validity of Vouch Gold product? Vouch Gold product is valid for a period of 12 months, from the day of activation.
