What happens if a member of the ENTERTAINER family is blacklisted?

If a Primary Member is involved in suspicious activity, their account and all associated devices will be blacklisted, and Secondary Members of their family will lose access to all offers.

If a Secondary Member is involved in suspicious activity, their account and associated devices will be blacklisted, and they will appear as Inactive within the ENTERTAINER family until Customer Service is contacted. The Primary Member in the meantime has the option to remove them from the Family.
