My card is not being accepted when trying to pay

If your card is not being accepted, please try the following:

• Ensure that you are not trying to pay with an American Express card – unfortunately they are currently not accepted
• Check that your card is valid and not expired
• Ensure the card is valid for online purchases
• Contact your bank to ask why the payment has not been successful
• Your card may have failed security checks from our checkout, which we are not able to override.
