Yes, to redeem Offers on the App you need to be connected to the internet.
We like to keep our records (and yours) as up-to-date as possible and this is only possible when your Offers can be tracked! Being connected to the internet means your account can be updated and your redemptions removed from the remaining available offers in real time, which is important when your product is shared on multiple devices.
